Updating Software for TimeWorksTouch

TimeWorksTouch clocks update their software automatically without any initiation. It is still important to have some familiarity with the process and understand how you can change the clock’s daily check for updates.

Initial Software Update

TimeWorksTouch is programmed to check for software updates after it has been registered to a timekeeping account. This process will automatically start after 2 minutes of inactivity. For this reason, it is best to wait up to 5 minutes after registration to proceed with any other steps for setup.

IMPORTANT: As of April 3rd, 2017, tapping the Home button within 2 minutes of clock registration will cause the TimeWorksTouch app to fail and stay locked on the splash screen. If you experience this, tap the Home key again and re-launch the TimeWorksTouch app from the Home screen. This should only be an issue for clocks received the week of April 3rd.
